Yes, the Boeing P-26 "Peashooter" did see combat. It was used by the Chinese Nationalist Air Force against Japanese forces during the Second Sino-Japanese War and by the Philippine Army Air Corps during the initial stages of World War II against Japanese invaders. Additionally, the Guatemalan Air Force used it in combat during a 1954 coup.
