Scrub pants should ideally strike a balance between being comfortable and functional. They should be loose enough to allow for ease of movement and comfort during long shifts, but not so loose that they become a safety hazard or look unprofessional. Ultimately, the fit can also depend on personal preference and workplace dress code policies.
