To line curtain panels, first measure and cut the lining fabric to match the dimensions of the curtain panels, leaving an extra inch on all sides for seam allowances. Then, pin the lining fabric to the back of the curtain panel with the right sides facing each other, sew around the edges, leaving a small gap to turn it right side out, and finally, stitch the gap closed and press the panels for a neat finish.
